Use of our analytics platform signifies your consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision herein, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the site immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary analytics, custom-coded algorithms, methodology documentation, and the visual design of the SilkStream Metrics portal are the exclusive intellectual property of SilkStream Metrics. We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and utilize the public data provided for internal market analysis only.
Restricted Actions:
- Automated scraping or extraction of performance benchmarking data via scripts.
- Redistribution of our stream metrics to third-party competitors without express written consent.
- Reverse engineering of the analytics suite architecture.
3. Operational Usage Rules

Platform Integrity
Users must not attempt to circumvent security headers or stress-test the analytics infrastructure beyond reasonable professional use.

4. Limitation of Liability
SilkStream Metrics shall not be held liable for any financial losses, diminished stream performance, or incorrect business decisions resulting from the use of our analytics. Our role is that of a data provider, not a fiduciary advisor. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for digital broadcasters who implement changes based on our performance benchmarking.
5. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the analytics portal at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where user behavior threatens the stability of our stream metrics systems or violates intellectual property boundaries.
